She will be absolutely fine as long as she's with you. Try not to show her you're worried or upset, just treat her the same a usual. As soon as you get where your going, make sure she has her own place where she can make herself at home & relax.
Remember, she's not ill, she's pregnant & dogs are pretty adaptable as long as they are with people they love.
Good Luck

I'm surprised the stud dog owner agreed to let you use his dog when you had an unstable relationship. Or is this an unplanned pregnancy?
I would talk to your vet about what you can do for your ***** but here are my suggestions.
Whilst packing, try to keep your dog in a separate room so she doesn't get stressed by all the hustle. Check with your vet as she's pregnant but you can give dogs a drop or two of Rescue Remedy before long journeys to help them settle, put some in her water about half an hour before you go.
Ensure she can go to the toilet before you get in the car.
Settle her in a crate if you already use one (if not you might find introducing it now would be more stress than its worth) If not using a crate put her in her car harnes and make sure she's comfortable. Give her a blanket that smells familiar to sleep on during the jopurney.
During the journey stop at least every two hours for her to toilet, have a drink and stretch her legs.
When you get to your new place, let her enter in her own time, ecouraging her with high value tit bits and soothing noises. Let her sniff the rooms and have a loo round, then get the crate set up in one room and put her in it. Again, if you don't crate, just put her bed in the room and close the door. Keep the door closed whilst you do most of the unpacking so she's not stressed by the comings and goings.
Please check with your vet incase she has any helpful suggestions. Good luck with the move and the puppies.
ETA: I'm sorry to hear it was a sudden decline. Sounds like your ex has treated you badly. I really hope your ***** and her pups are ok. The stud dog owner is 50% responsible for the puppies so I was wondering if your ***** could board with him whilst you are moving and packing/unpacking then come down when you are settled in, after a couple of days. The journey itself won't be a problem for her if she's used to cars, just all the kefuffle. Might be worth asking. Good luck with the move.

She'll be ok - you'll be with her and when you get to where you're moving too, try and get her stuff - toys, bed, crate, whatever she has out so that she starts to think of her new place as home. When you're moved, treat her like normal, take her for lots of walks around her new neighborhood and she'll be just fine. She'd be stressed if her person left her, she's not attached to a place!

She should be fine, dogs are pregnant for 9 weeks so by the time you move she will still have 6 weeks to settle in and nest.

She'll be fine. Take a lot of stops. Get a new vet when you get where you're going, just in case.
