go to AQHA.com, if you are a quarter horse member you can look up that information in the database. it does cost money, but you get 10 dollars or something free a month, which will usually cover basic searches like this. if you are not an AQHA member you will need to get a membership to use this service.

post the question on allbreed pedigree.com, the people there are very helpful and will probably help you with there spare aqha bucks that month. if you are an aqha member just login to website in the members only area then go to the research tab and type your horses sire, get his progeny report, then do the dam..total it should take up about all of your aqha bucks for the month ($10), id do it myself for you but i am out of aqha bucks for the month. there is not tab or search for full siblings, you'll just have to eye the reports for the recurring parent

i DON'T KNOW ABOUT HORSE REGISTRY BUT DOGS YOU WOULD HAVE THE BREEDER AND AN ADRESS DO A SEARCH ON TEH COMPUTER IN WHITE PAGES AND YOU CAN FIND THE M=NUMBER AND CALL
oR YOU CAN CLL TEH REGISTRY AND TEHY SHOULD HAVE RECORDS.
