my cat boots, is a siamese male who keeps urinating on everything, he is not nutered, but he is litter trained. he has not started spraying yet, thank god, but i'm curious why he keeps peeing on everything. so if anyone has any suggestions, please reply. thank you.

i have 2 dogs their both cocker spaniels. BUt my uncle gave me one 3 years ago but he didnt help me for the food or anything so my two dogs have always been together and right now my uncle says he wants his dog back but im worried about the dogs will they get sad??=[ please help

My guinea pig has been staggering around, and won't eat a whole lot. She's just been laying around, very lethargic. I have a vet appointment for Monday. Any ideas? Anyone ever experience this? Just trying to put my mind at ease.

she goes outside just fine and when she needs to go she waits by the door the problem is the door is in the back bedroom and unless we check on that door every ten minutes she will just pee or poop there right in frount of the door what should i do? doggie door is out of the question. I need her to just tell me but i dont know how to train her to do that.

like the lil goldfish~can i put them out side in a clean bucket-but surrounded in mudunder a tree? its like a clean black bucket and the mud will probably turn to dirt soon so will it kill them? then it has lava rocks around it so not as muck dirt can get in-if now what kind of fish? maybe i could get one that likes dirt-would betas work? because they do live in mud too. but this is a big bucket and i couldn't get 2 in 1 so i dunno help me please!

Ok so she's not a nightmare or anything but I don't think my wife and I are equipped to take care of our dog. We've had her for about 8 months and we're never home. My wife hates her, I haven't really bonded with her, she doesn't get along so well with the cat, she's home alone for 10 hrs before someone gets home. We overestimated our time a bit, as I thought I'd be able to take her to work, but can't. We can't afford a daily dogwalker. She chews and destroys things on occasion, she sits in her crate all the time, even when we are home. Bottom line, we're just thinking that she needs more than we can offer and maybe she'd be better off if we gave her back to the rescue group we got her from. Help, are we thinking right or over-reacting?

I have a intact 6 year old male Maltese poodle.I adopted him when he was a year old ...Anyway he severely bit my TwinSister on the hand today and in the past year &1/2 he bit 4 other people.he has never bit me yet. How do I stop his biting behavior?

My husband saw a coyote on the edge of our yard this morning. We live in the country, but have never seen a coyote in the area before. I have heard horror stories of coyotes killing pets. Even of one trying to grap a small dog that was on a leash. We have a large yard that is not fenced in, and is surrounded by large trees and under brush. We rent and can not cut down any trees or the under brush.
We have a small puppy. The pup only goes outside when one of us is out. She likes to run all over the yard and chases a ball, and 'help' with the yard care. Now we are unsure if we can let her out to play.
How do you get rid of a coyote? Baiting / poison is NOT a choice. Nor do we have a gun.

I have two 7 week old female boxer puppies, they are always fighting, one is always the instigator, biting the other pup and biting the 10 month old male that I have, she will bite his lip and his neck and jerk her head while its in her teeth, when she plays with the other pup they get to sounding kinda serious, when does the harmless puppy play stop and something I should be concerned with start?

okay im finally kennel training my dog
and she wont stop barking she went potty ate and drank all the etc. now she back in her new bigger kennel and she wont shut up and she'll from a whine to a bark to a wierd sound
and then she'll stop and im worried she gonna wear out her voice

my dog has floppy ears. he is extremely active and shakes his head a lot. so, the scab keeps breaking open...and scabs over again. but, it's taking a long time to heal. i don't think the area can be stitched because it's such a pliable/tender area. and, i DO NOT want to put him under to perform stitches (vet of course). but, he would not be calm enough to get stitches awake/concious.

would some superglue on the tip help stregthen the scab? i could probably put some on the scabbed area when he's calm.

I love great danes and am considering owning one. Anyone who has a great dane/has had one can you please pass on some helpful experiences? I have learned a lot about this breed-it's size, feeding, excercise, etc. Also, I have a small beagle who is very friendly. Are there goign to be any problems? Lastly (your opinion) what do you think of the names Dolce or Solstice? (I know I need to meet the personality of the dog first, am just getting an idea first). Thanks a bunch
