Before I left for work this morning I fed both of my cats. The one that bit me is almost 2 years old now and doesn't venture outside much like the other cat. She probley gets bored around the house all day but we play with her all the time. I just reached down to get my purse - she was lying near it - and she latched on to my hand and arm with all four feet and bit me sooooo hard. She knew it hurt me cause she ran off immeditley after she did it even before I yelled out in pain. I cant figure out why she did that to me? Any one have any ideas on this?

It is my neighbors hound mix dog that has injured one of his ears. This was about a week or so ago and with the dog flopping his ears due to the injury the wound continues to remain open and bleeding. As it is not my dog I don't feel I should take him to a vet but would certinally try any other method to help the wound heal.

I have a 12 month old rabbit who is building a lovely nest and pulling out her fur and lining it but she is not pregnant so why is she doing this? Any ideas?

We have three cats and one in particular just LOVES the little Hartz fuzzy mice in the bright rainbow colors. We have to move the hiding places around because she has learned how to break into the drawers, cabinets and closets to get a new mousie whenever she wants one. We have a video of her breaking into a drawer and getting two mice out.

One cat likes his fuzzy squid and we bought every squid that the store had and then he got on this kick with a beanie alligator that he carries around with him to his sunny spot, his food dish and even his litter box!

Ninny gets to be held like a baby and walked through the house when daddy isn't home (actually him and Peepers both get carried around).

What ways do you go out of your way to spoil your pet...or what special toys do they like?

Do you have a cute name for their toys too?

they stuff is toxic and doesnt kill fleas! my one friend didnt have enough money to go to the vet and get so frontline, so he used that. a couple hours later the cat was convulsing and seising all over the floor, died the next hour. so be careful!

We got a 2 1/2 gallon tank for Christmas and put 2 tiger barbs in it. I treated the water with chlorine remover and put ph balancer in it. I also added a heater to keep temp normal and it has a filter. These fish are still dying. They do well for the first day or so and then they kind of stay in one place and seem to tremble? Can anyone please tell me what I need to do?

i just got a pitbull puppy in december. the puppy is now 4 months old. when i first got her she ate 3 times a day no problem at all. as soon as i put the food down it was gone is seconds. now last week out of the blue she didnt want to eat lunch. which is weird because she would eat as soon as u gave her food. well for the past week i have tried everything to make her eat and she wont. she will be her bone treats or any other dog treats but when i put the bowl of food down she sniffs it but wont eat. i have tried mixing dry food with wet, or just giving her straight wet food, or i even put human gravy on her food and she just licked the gray off, never ate the food. i even tired crushing bones in her food and she will pick out the bone pieces and eat it. What is wrong with my dog? she in the past week has prolly eatin maybe a cup all put together. she is still very energetic. loves to play all the time, isn't that sleepy doesnt seem sick. her nose is cold and wet all the time.

Is it uncommon for one rabbit to kill another? We have a dwarf lop and a sweet little dutch, both youngsters. The lop has been chasing her around for a few days and this morning we found the dutch dead. Nothing wrong health wise as they were both at the vets yesterday.

I've had my morgan since she was 20 and she hasnt changed all that much, but recently i've been noticing an attitude change, for example when i would come into her stall she would come over to me and sniff my pockets for treats, now she just kinda looks at me. she just got vaccinated so that might be why but im not sure. It also could be that i just got a foal and a four yr old. my fresian seems to be acting fine (he is 20) What should i do?

I want to get a pet rly badly. Since i live in a flat with a 2yr old child, I cannot allow Dogs or cats in. A bird is too noisy and a fish is too boring. I was thinking of a hamster but i think theyre too smelly. Someone suggested a rabbit. I want a rabbit that remains small and u can keep in the cage most of the time. Do they exist? dwarf rabbits?
