I sort-of "inherited" a gorgeous ball python named Louie. I adore him, but I'm clueless about his care. I know he eats live mice, he's almost hand tame with me, but I need somewhere online that has good, reliable information about other aspects of his care. Any help is appreciated!

I have bought a house in the same city that i currently live in. I have a 35 gallon aquarium with a 5inch long Red Devil fish. THe movers refuse to move the aquarium, which is ok because i really feel more comfortable doing this myself and the tank will fit in my back seat, but how do i protect my fish? I am afraid that i will cause him too much stress with the water changes, transfering him and transporting him. Please help, i have had him for a few years now. Please let me know if i left out any important information. Thanks so much for your help!

I dont know why but hes thrown up like 3 times in the past 4 weeks or so. Hes a male, like 15 or 16 pounds i think. (i know.. iknow..) everytime i give him wet food (usally friskies) he throws up, so i stopped feeding him wet food and now he just eats dry food. which is...meow mix.

but now hes throwing up and hes not even eating wet food....what should i do?

He is 2 1/2 years old. He acts afraid almost when certain people come over. He wiggles around and lays on his back and occasionally pees. Do we just ignore him?

Our beloved kitty suffered a broken jaw so the vet has wired it nearly-shut for six weeks so that it can. Our kitty has been living with his new (temporary) look for one week. He's now getting antsy and has started to groom himself excessively through the small opening in his mouth. He's managed to remove a lot of the fur from his "bib," chest and front leg areas. The fur that's left is almost always very wet and messy. Since these areas are so wet, kitty gets very cold. We've tried many things to stop his excessive grooming and are about to ask the vet for some meds to calm him down. Before we do that, we were wondering if anyone has had any success in diminishing or even eliminating excessive grooming by using some form of sweater, jacket or shirt designed for a cat. Any related information would (also) be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

Last week I came home to find a dog sitting on my driveway, rumbling at me as I walked into the house I pretty much ignored it. The next day it was still there, and the next...3 days after it had shown up I decided to feed it even though it had a collar and I thought it -had- to belong to someone on my road. A week later, it's claimed me as it's Momma -_-

I know it's a Chihuahua mix of some sort, I'm just curious as to what else it's mixed with. I'm going to -try- and keep it, it's just up to my Mother whether or not she wants the goofy (but cute) thing.

The following link is to my photobucket, where I put the picture.

My horse is currently on the supplement Cosequin. How can I make his feed taste better? The Cosequin has a very strong smell and taste. I don't want to use corn oil or add more feed. He doesn't need to gain any more weight. What can I mix with his feed that will taste good to him? All tips are appreciated! :)

my cat has been diagnosed as diabetic and kidney infection.
Vet said I could put him on a drip for 24hrs but cannot guarantee any improvement. Vet said if the cat was human he would be on a dialasis machine (sorry can't spelt it). Vet said I should put him to sleep. What should I do?

She said no, but that her son had droped a cookie and my dog took a bite out of it. I dont thingk that would make him get the runs... What do you think? What should I give him? I herd PEPTO-BISMOL is good... Sould I try that? I feel so bad for my doggy, he cant even hold it in... =o(

My cat/kitten is about 9 month old. He had his first "accident" last night. I could hear him scratching the rug non-stop so I got up to see what he was doing....Well he was scratching the rug to pull up the yarn threads to cover a #2! Ok, I stayed really calm and I didn't yell at him because I could tell that he was embarrassed since he was trying to cover it up.

I picked it up, cleaned the area with an orange cleaner. Spray some febreeze and dusted the area with Baking Soda to remove any minor odor (that way he wouldn't use that area again).

The whole time I was cleaning, he ran behind the bathroom door and peeked around the corner to watch. I tried to get him to come out and play with him but he just backed up.

As soon as I was back in bed he went back to tearing up carpet pieces and trying to make a pile.....

Not only do I probaly have a bare carpet now...I think my cat was embarrassed at what happended.

What could I do? Should I of done something else?

I have a 1 year old puppy. I have had him since he was 10 weeks old. He is so sweet and loving, but sometimes I wonder if it is fair to him to live in an apartment. I also have 2 cats that he gets along with.
He has fears of going outside, which he has had since I got him. So going for walks is sometimes hard. He seems really content in the apartment, but am I doing the right thing for him and his happiness.
Honest answers please. AND PLEASE, NO ONE JUST LOOKING FOR POINTS.

I have one dog who had parvo, and she was treated for it. My boyfriends Dog ( who has her shots) just gave birth to her puppies and I am scared that they are going to get Parvo because they cant get shots for 6 weeks ( Or so I've read) I also heard that as long as the are nursing, they are immune to it... I just dont know... I would think that it would be transmitted through the milk to the puppy but i know NOTHING about this... Please Help! I do not have the money to save another pup from parvo... ( it is very expensive!)
