You can't - rabies-infected dogs are routinely destroyed by vets and animal control officers as rabies can be transmitted to humans.

Nowhere...when animal if found with rabies they are killed, their brain and a bit of there spinal cord taken for analysis at a lab the rest of the body discarded. Outta luck there

WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU. Rabies is a very serious disease and if you are ever bit by and infectious dog your brain swells up and you die. Not to mention the fact that this dog would carry it on to other pets.
