We always pick up a sturdy baby toy or cat balls for our goffins cockatoos whenever we go to the store. They LOVE the beads-on-mazes and shape sorters, and Boo especially likes to shake the cat toys with bells inside (and then he chews them open, or connects them with a fastener to other toys).
Before I moved to the waterfront, I used to take them to places with outdoor dining to share a salad.
They've completely figured out how screws work, so run loose in the spare room and chew up whatever they want. I've gone thru atleast 10 keyboards this year (we keep the cords covered with plastic tubing that is replaced when it gets too chewed).

about a year ago, i cleaned houses for a living and this VERY wealthy couple had 2 dalmations and they had their own room, their own twin size beds, a toy box, and a fridge of treats(that they knew how to open and get one when they wanted it.) talk about spoiled rotten.
And a friend of the family has a farm out in the country, and they have a great Peranese(very hairy and very hot in the summer) his owner bought him a doll house(storage building size) put an extra large doggie door in it, and a window unit AC, and his very own day bed in there for when he is too hot. And he also has his own seats (custom made) for riding in the back of the truck, the golf carts, and the 4 wheelers.
ROTTEN DOGS! but very well trained.

My cat has never wanted to play with any toy.
I spoil him by buying him the best food and letting him do whatever he likes. He has a trap door... so that he can go out when ever he likes... and I let him sleep where ever he likes. He usually choose a new spot every two weeks.
He has total freedom... and that is what cats want.

Oh heavens! Don't even get me started! I spoil all my animals soooo much, that everyone says I'm goin to ruin them! First off, the cats. Sassy, Patches, and Kidden. The cats get to go in and out as they please. They get wet food everyday, toys, and treats anytime they want one. Kidden is like a dog, and love to play fetch, with the small sticks around the yard. Kidden also likes to chew on his beanie dog, which we call Beanie. They also get to sleep with me. The dogs, Kenny and Toby, get to go in rides in the truck whenever they want, they get wet food, and expensive chewybites dry food. They don't really like treats, so we just give them the table scraps. My horses, OMG my horses are the most spoiled of all. Everymorning when it is cold outside I take them a hot mash, with sugar, oats, carrots, apples, and anyother grain type stuff we have around the house. When it is really really cold, I don't make them drink the cold water from the horse trough, I take bucket after bucket of warm water from inside the house for them to drink! I rub their coats, and put on their monogramed blankets. In the summer I rinse them off in the cool hose every 2 hours, and they love it. I also take them swimming in the nearby lake, if they want too.

My parrot is spoilt, she has a cage sufficiently large for 5 of her breed all to herself, which she is then in effortless words ever in at evening. Her faverite foodstuff is steak. Our canines are spoilt they get to go back to artwork each day and be 'meeters and greeters' they have large beds to lie on are allowed on the furniture have the suitable foodstuff money can purchase. Why have a puppy if you're actually unlikely to damage them?

my dogs love rawhide and snausages. so i keep a jar of snausages in my room to give them whenever they are being good. they each have their own pet beds but the two biggest ones have taken over the sofa and the little ones like to sleep with me. i have a car seat for my littlest one because he tends to run around the car and get stuck under the seats. i treat them more like family then pets. the little guy has clothing, i carry around portable dog water bottles when we go on walks, i spoil them to death!

I have four cats and they have no rules. They also eat excellent food, have plenty of places to play, have lots of toys, and sleep with us in bed at night.
They are spoiled rotten.
