Her name is Alanda Koenen and she's in Iowa she breeds pomeranians and maltese. I'd like to know anything about her because I am interested in buying one of her pups but I am scared of buying from a puppymill. The name is Koenen Kennels.

I understand that there are a few reputable breeders out there who are breeding to better the breed an offer high quality pets to good families.

But, why, when it costs between $41 and $51 to have the dogs fixed, why wouldn't they? Do people not understand that it is healthier for the animal? Why, why, why???!!!

Vet says that I am doing all that I can for him, he is a strong dog and loves to climb mountioins and break trail in the snow, he does not want to stop, trips are shorter but he just wants to go the next day, anyone have any home remedies? His biggest probles is getting up and laying down. He is still frisky when he is in pain, he is just a great big moose that wants to run loose in the woods (with dad and or mom)

My six week old female lab puppy came from a home where her mother was very sick. She had to be removed from her mother and she was allowed to play with children who let her run after and nip their feet and ankles. I'm well aware of the fact that she is six weeks old and this will all take time. I have had several lab puppies. I love the breed dearly but I have never had one who nipped and bit and ran under your feet as this one does. It is imperative that I get this tendency (I won't call it habit) under control. My husband has had three spinal surgeries, is not very steady on his feet, and these actions of hers could lead to disaster for him, her, or both. I was raised on a farm. I've worked with animals all my life. I basically know I can stop this behavior in time but I was hoping someone might have an idea of how to expedite the matter a bit quicker than the normal methods. I want her to be the happiest, healthiest, most loved companion for us yet. Thank you.

The two kittens are about 3 months old, adopted at the same time from the same place. They get along very well - they play together, eat together and sleep together. The black one is very wild and full of energy, whereas the white one is very shy and skittish. The white one follows the black one around everywhere and even cries when he can't find him. However, I think sometimes the black one plays a little too rough. The black one will jump on the white one and bite him. The white one will cry out in pain and try to get away. Last night he left a slightly bloody scratch on his head and leg. Right after the white one was following him around again. Is this normal or do they need to be separated?

I want to get my kids a pair of pet rabbits, however, my husband is very allergic to them. Can they live outside in some sort of hutch? We live in the MidWest and the summers get HOT, the winters get COLD. If so, what type of cage/hutch, bedding, etc...Is there a type of rabbit that may fare better? Thanks!

My hunting dog has been suffering for awhile with his face swollen. We found out it was a bad tooth on his right side so my uncle pulled it out. Now his left side is swollen and he's unable to eat because of the pain.

We've been giving him antibiotics and penicillon but it's not helping. I know some people will say to take him to the vet but I don't have that kind of money and vet's cost so high around.

My dog is hungry but he can move his mouth to eat and it's making him weak that he can't stand up. I'm scared of him dying but I don't know what to do and I don't have any money. We've been cutting up weines and feeding him because he don't have to really them.

If anyone can give me some advice on how to help him so he'll survive than please contact me. I just feel like crying because I don't know what to do and I don't want to lose him. Please help?

i already had a female cat coco,1yr old,my dad brought a stray home one night itd been hangin round his gf's house 4 a while hes about the same age.We thought with coco having a litter and with getting on with other cats outside it would be an ideal mate for her anyway we brought casper in and coco immediately screamed out and chased im into the kitchen and has never liked him,few days after we gt casper we had them both done and still no change coco constantly hisses growls and and is always moping around and sits upstairs all day when we do put them in the same room coco clutches herself in one corner and doesnt take her eyes off casper whos usually sleeping but he happily gets up and wanders round while coco sits there growling casper sometimes tries to stare her out and chases her and she runs away screaming considerin shes the one doing all the hissing and being nasty its annoying she dnt listen when you tell her off for hissing she just ignores me and does it all the more help!!!
