My hunting dog has been suffering for awhile with his face swollen. We found out it was a bad tooth on his right side so my uncle pulled it out. Now his left side is swollen and he's unable to eat because of the pain.

We've been giving him antibiotics and penicillon but it's not helping. I know some people will say to take him to the vet but I don't have that kind of money and vet's cost so high around.

My dog is hungry but he can move his mouth to eat and it's making him weak that he can't stand up. I'm scared of him dying but I don't know what to do and I don't have any money. We've been cutting up weines and feeding him because he don't have to really them.

If anyone can give me some advice on how to help him so he'll survive than please contact me. I just feel like crying because I don't know what to do and I don't want to lose him. Please help?

If you can't take him to the vet, where did you get antibiotics and penicillin?? Giving medications not prescribed is dangerous, not to mention illegal on the part to whoever gave them to you. These drugs do nothing for pain and inflammation.
You absolutely cannot give him human pain meds. That is very dangerous and the toxic dose for animals is much lower than for humans. That can cause you to have an even bigger vet bill. It can also be fatal.
You really have no choice but to call a vet. If there is one you have been to before, call them. Maybe they can work with you. You can also ask about payment options. Give them a chance to help you instead of not even trying.
I would also suggest asking a friend or relative for help with money. I know that would be hard, but if you really love your dog, which it sounds like you do, it should be worth swollowing your pride.
Don't give him wienies. Just get canned dog food and water it down a bit. That is better for him than wienies. He need more nutrients than that.
I hope your dog does ok.

Well go to the pet store ASAP! and get some soft food squish it really good then feed him with a spoon and until you get enough money to go to the vet you'll have a good answer when the vet says "have you been feeding him with care?" or something similar to that you'll say I've been spoon feeding him. And after his mouth is better I think you should stop hunting it maybe 'cause of rabies in a animal that was hunted.

Sorry, the only thing I can tell you is to see the vet. Is there anything you could go without for a while, so you can save up some money? As his owner, you have a responsibility for the well-being for your dog. I understand money is tight but it's your duty.

Go to the vet for an exam and have a dental done. That is where they put him under anesthesia and use an ultra sonic device to clean the teeth. They would probably give pain medicine and out him on antibiotics.

call the humane society. explain you are low income and see if they will treat him and put you on a payment plan or something. or talk to the vet and explain. they have hearts and may help you. at the least you can find out his prognosis. good luck. also, try some orajel. you never know.
