ive posted a question similar to this one, and nothing seems to work. ive tries walking him, but all he does is just sit there or lay down there for an hour. i tried teaching him inside, by watching him, and when he was about to pee, i transfered him to the pad. he continued to pee everywhere! finally i tried crate training, placing him in the crate after he ate, but all he does is cry, or try to get out... ughh, should i still even keep this puppy?

I have 2 white and 2 black & white convicts. The black & whites had babies once. One of the white ones spent all his time being aggressive towards the pair. As the fry got bigger, he managed to dominate the black & white male. Now the female has new babies inside of a skull in the tank, where she spends most all of her time. I have been so mad at the white convict, because he hovers around all the time. I thought he was giving her a hard time. It occurred to me this morning that maybe he is the father, and that is why he is hovering... He never leaves the area, and behaves just as the black & white did last time. Is this likely what is happening? If so I feel bad for my ill will toward him!

Okay, well my dad FINNALY said I can have a kitten. What breed do you reccomend if I want one that is extremely cute, does not shed lots of hair, and is really playful no matter how old it gets?

Some horrible cruel people particualarly in north america have 'designer' pet cats wherby the cats claws are removed. Should this cruel practice be banned?

forgot to ask...we're going to a few shelters today. so we'll find out for sure today. but what is adoption process like? is really hard to adopt a dog? i've watched the animal discovery channel...and on the animal cop shows...they make it out to be a VERY long, and hard, drawn out process. is it REALLY like that?

My mom wants a dog, my sister wants a cat, I (originally) wanted a snake, and my dad doesn't want another animal in the house. (We have a dog.) Somehow we narrowed all the choices down to a guinea pig.

My rotti ***** had a litter of pups last night, the last one born was very small and week. I have managed to latch it on a few times but it only sucks a bit and just wants to sleep. Any ideas on how I can perk this pup up. I was thinking of getting some fomula from the vet to top her up.

we were originally going to buy a purebreed dog from a qualified breeder. but the more i think about it, the more i would like to adopt a dog. but more than likely, adopting a dog will mean, its probably not pure bred and is older, which means, it may have come from a bad background. i have a 3 month old baby to consider. ya know? but you hear storys of adopted dogs being the best dogs...maybe cause they know your helping them, your saving their lives. maybe not to that extent, but i know dogs can sense things....anyway. anybody have storys of adopted animal shelter dogs, good or bad, that they would share with me...?

I just bought a kitten last week and she is always meowing day and night- the only time she stops is when I put her on my lap or hold her. She is eating and drinking fine but she isn't playing much either. all she wants is to be in my arms or laying on my lap and falls asleep constantly. what can i do to get her more active or could there be something wrong with her?

My dog is very picky when it comes to stuffed animal toys. He has a bunch of them but he only plays with the porcupine one. And he already has a bed and hardly ever uses it. What should I get him (He's 10years old and a West highland white terrier)

The horse I ride is about 14yrs old and only started jumping in June. She is now jumping 65cm confidently except she doesn't always look at the smaller jumps and then either runs into them or jumps too late and knocks them down. I'm worried that she's going to hurt herself. Any ideas on how to get her to see and look at the jumps?
