he's 2 years old and only just started doing this?

I know I should take her to the vet, but anyone have any idea what they think could be wrong with her? I know she's not feeling well (in addition to the obvious) because she's particularly clingy -- wants to be held and sit on my lap a lot. Poor little thing - any ideas?

We bought some but we have 2 cats and on the packet it says it is extremely poisonous to cats. How much contact would the cats have to make for their lives to be in danger?
At most, they usually don't make any contact with the dog, but because our dogs bed is in the kitchen, when the cats come in the back door, they will very occasionaly rub round my dogs bed. Depending on how the dog is laying in her bed, the cats sometimes end up rubbing round her head.

i am worried about using it because i love my cats to bits and i need to know how vigilant i need to be.

Many thanks

Hi,

I'm a male, 22 yrs old. Lives alone in an apartment on the
10th storey.
Im kind but lazy. BIG NO to animal abuse. Very quiet, likes a quiet companion.

I work from seven to seven, seven to one on saturdays.

Reason I wanted to get a cat:
- Company
- Discipline myself in taking care of something/ someone
- To distract myself from gaming too much.

Only time I will take him outside is on sundays. I can play with him but I cannot promise that on workingdays.

I wanted to get a dog but I wont be able to take care of him so I need something with less attention (cat)

I promise to feed him everyday, play when i got the time, and take him out on sundays.

I would be getting a gold/orange cat with a stern/fierce facial like a lion. His name will be Lee.

Do you guys think I should get one? If yes, please advise/tips me on taking care one.

Honest answer please. I dnt wanna fail the cat.

Thanks.

I have a 7 month old Sheltie. She is super smart and a real sweatheart. She does very well in obedience and looks like she'll be great at agility as well. We have taken our fourth class. She loves the tunnels and hurdles and even the A frame. However, she's really scared of the teeter totter because it's narrow and obviously moves. She also doesn't like the dog walk because it's narrow and she can't see what's ahead. I put her on top of the walk and lure her slowly across with treats. Does it sometimes take a while for dogs to get used to this equipment? She won't pass the class unless she can do everything. Also, how do you teach a dog to "weave"? What equipment does the very first level of competitive agility use? Also, she's scared of the tire jump if it's not secured. Any advice? I don't want to give up 'cause she's so quick and eager to learn and please. I think she'll be awesome at agility. Alot of her apprehensiveness might be 'cause I'm new at agility too!

My partner is currently free but may start work within the next few months. We would like to get a puppy but are wondering whether after the first few months, it can stay on its own for the day. Breeds we have in mind are Goldern Retrievers, Cocker Spaniels, Yorkshire Terrier and Labradors.

I usually just wrap up some treats for them so that they can have something to open while we humans are. I do want to get my chihuahua some lil' snow boots though.........So, what is your dog/cat getting??

Despite knowing the inevitable liability, we recently adopted a cat here in China and grown so attached to him we are thinking of taking him back to the UK in the future. Has anyone done this? Or know of the best way to do it?
We've looked at the DEFRA rules re: microchipping and quaratine, but we want to avoid quarantine. Any help massively appreciated.

...and we've post advertisements around the area hoping the owner will find them (its a tame little thing) but until we find its owner what the hell can we feed it? I dont want it to die on us but theres no pet shops near us (unless you can buy bird food in a supermarket- can you?) or is there anything safe we can give it from our cupboards?!

I have a 2 year old female cat who I'm worried about. I got a new kitten in July, but the two of them didn't really get on, so last week I found a new home for the kitten. Since then, my cat has been distant and her behaviour is now really worrying me. She is lethargic, won't come to me, is not eating properly and is just not herself. She groans when I pick her up, but I don't think she's in pain, as she seems happy for me to hold and stroke her. I don't know what to do! Is it worth a visit to the vets? Please help!
