Just wondering if it is possible that she is in heat but can't reproduce?
I adopted her from my vet that runs a kitten adoption agency thing and she was spayed when she was around 10-13 weeks old.
She is making these strange noises, very moody and is agressive towards my 8 week old kitten (though that hasn't really changed since we got the new kitten home!), not affectionate at all.

Did they remove everything properly? As they spayed her at the clinic and I don't even think I had to pay for the spaying, maybe they didn't do a great job?
Is this possible or not?

It has been over a week and my cat is still mad at me. He plays with the other cats and cuddles with my husband, but he won't even look at me. I honestly don't remember doing anything that bad to him. I tried treats, petting him, everything. The only thing I can think of is one of my other cats has started wanting to cuddle with me. I can't shun him so the other won't be mad, but I miss my baby. Any suggestions?

My finches are cute and very small. But from yesterday evening suddenly i noticed some feathers being fell from their body.(for 2 finches). I dont know why they are falling from their body. There are 2 finches, and 4 lovebirds in a big single cage. Other 2 finches are breeding and so they are kept in another cage.So please anyone help me. What should i do and why are the feathers falling from the 2 white finches body?

My cat wakes me up at exactly 2:30 a.m. every single morning. He always wakes me up by snuggling into my neck and purring very loudly, he lays there for about half an hour then gets up, I am curious as to why he does this and why he does it at the same time very night? He also only does this to me and he also gives little love bites under my chin occassionally, he only does these things to me, can anyone explain please. I am curious as to what he maybe thinking..

He has a uper respitory infection! I tried to give him it(it is drops 2 times a day orally) And he wont let me open his mouth he sctraches me and tries to bite me! What else can i do to get it into his mouth? Can i mix it in his food or something? Please help!

I love my cat - she is soo warm & cuddly but I can't help thinking about her paws (ie scratching in her litter box; bacteria, etc)not to mention the hair & dander. They are supposed to be clean animals. Should I be grossed out or just continue to enjoy her comfort

I bought a kitten, as he was tolerable of the cat who lived here before we brought him home. He hates the kitten and now it's 5 months later and they can't be in the same room together. He has started to become unfriendly towards us. Hissing and spitting, he's even attacked some of us for no reason. He's fine until he's been fed. If he's hungry he'll happily sit on your knee and purr to be fed, but once this has happened, it's all snarls. I don't know what to do with them. I'm also worried as the kitten has been neutered now and if they meet outside, they could fight and really hurt each other. Help!

Ok...I want to get a Turtle for Christmas and my parents are telling me NO! "why" i asked..."BECAUSE ITs GOING TO SMELL!" they said and "You dont even know how to take care of it!" But I really want a turtle because it cant get run overed...run away...or get poisoned by a neighbor...So I need to know how to take care of a turtle and what I should have for it...should I get a little aquarium for it? What do I feed it? How much is $ is will it be? Will my turtle always stay small? Are there different kinds of turtles? I NEED YOUR HELP!!!! PLEASE!!!

Kim is in her 2nd day of her heat and i have been planning to mate her with my 6 year old Bulldog, Tauras. i left them in my shed for 3 hours and when i came in the shed this morning, they were in the middle of a tie. i dont know how many times they tied but Kim seemed pretty worn out!!!!

if Kim and Tauras has tied more than once, can they have more babies than just 2 or 3?
how do i start to know what signs there r of birth??

My Chihuahua (Amanda B.) had many litters in her short life (died 5 yrs - not sure why), had given birth to a lot of babies and she never had complications but always happened when i was at skool so i DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO IF SHE HAS PROPERLY TIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently lost my best dog ever.(best friend ever) I have had large dogs my whole life and my last one "Bruiser" was by far the best. He was named when I got him at 7 months old. He was a rottwieler. Raised with my two kids and fearlessly protective. I like dogs that can and will guard my family and property, I live in a rural area. I know I can't replace him but would like to find a dog with like temperment. I own my own business and I am able to spend 24 hours a day with a pup. I also really like the idea of short haired dogs. So looking at dobes they look like the breed for me. Any help on selecting a pup ear cropping or age of pup I should be looking for would be appreciated.

My dog will pee when he gets in trouble or something... he has never been abused because he's like my child... he's my baby.. . and we've had him ever sice he was a puppy, so it couldnt be his history. I am an absolute animal lover. He pees when somebody new comes to the house.... or when we go to pick him up to put him in the bath tub... or when we pick him up to put him in the truck to go for a ride. He's almost 1 year old... I need help on why he does this and how can i stop him from doing this...... Thank You!

My neighbor has two large dogs that both bark incessantly! Sometimes they bark nonstop (literally!) for hours. Some weeks, they wake me up every night. I have called animal control twice now because they always find a way to get out of the yard and I thought that maybe animal control would pick them up. Each time a stupid neighbor lady ran out and told the animal control guy that the dogs belonged to so and so and not to take them. What would happen if I called the police? Can they do anything? Is it not something I should expect the police to handle since it's not an emergency? I don't want to start a rift with the neighbor so suggestions other than talking to him would be nice :)

P.S. While I'm awake from their barking, I fantasize about ways to kill them... however, that's not an option for me either so don't tell me to shoot 'em! :)
