I'm thinking you mean PBGV: Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen.

If there is not a breeder in your area then go to one of the following sources:
PBGVCA Member Breeders LIST
Public Education Committee can recommend breeders in other areas
Rescue Committee
Contact the Regional Club if one is in your area
Your local Kennel Club can often help you locate breeders.

It's PBGV - Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen. They're still fairly new to the AKC show ring, being recognized by the AKC in 1990.
