Are these 2 white babies femaled ?
What can I do to add colour to the next generation of these white babies.
Will the yellow & grey pair always have such white babies ?
What is the mating trick breeders use to have white birds with a hint of blue, yellow, green etc on them.
Till now no matter which colours I have paired the babies inherit the colour of only one parent. Why do the colours of both the parents not show on the budgie babies ?

I got beagle/dashound mix from lady outside walmart couple months ago b/c I had been wanting playmate for my daughter, we had been halfway looking at dogs for months. Well, dog is STUPID, hes driving me nuts. I cant kill him or make him disappear b/c I dont have the heart & it would break my daughters. Hes still urinating & deficating on the floor (we have been rubbing his nose in it, spanking, taking him outside, crating him at night when he does it), we have hardwood floors & he randomly goes around the house eating (not chewing up and spitting out) everything he finds, & I keep my floor clean, but he finds hairs, little pieces of dirt, strings, everything & eats it, and as a result frequently spits up (sometimes on the furniture). Hes driving me nuts. Is there anything I can do to make him more easy to live with? I can live with dumb. I cant live with urine/poop smell, spitup on couch, ALWAYS taking things out of mouth. Im serious, you can look in his eyes & see theres tiny brain.

I am looking to buy an african grey parrot. I have found a few babies but they are going for like $1,000 without a cage. I looked in the classified ads in the local paper and found a one year old and a 2 year old with cages going for $800 and $700 respectively. Is it a good idea to buy the one or two year olds or should i buy a baby? I know that even at 1 or 2 years old these birds are still young because they live to like 40 years old. I just need some advice because age doesn't really matter too much to me.

Im a single guy living in an apartment and be away at work 9-5. I am thinking of adopting a dog. which breed would fit that lifestyle? Also, I would be a first time pet owner - so probably a breed thats more friendly and doesnt need much experience.

He's been doing this since we got him from the original owner. I know people with cats, they've never done it, and either has my other cat. Is it something normal?

I'm going to be getting a couple of pet rats in about a month, i've done lots of reading on the subject, and know that I should get 2 of them, keep lots of toys around, and what not... but I'm kinda curious as to other people's experience with them as pets, what works, what doesn't. and also, i'm considering females, should i have them spayed? i've heard conflicting views on it. Which would be best, 2 males or 2 females? One more thing, I've had someone offer me a really nice used chinchilla cage, it looks like it will work great, but it's got plastic tubes (like the hamster ones but much bigger around) will the rats like these or will they just be a waste of time? thanks so much!

do they get up and go outside? Does it just come out in their sleep? They can't really hold it for months, so I'm curious how a bear answers when nature calls.

I just got a miniature schnauzer today. Yay. I'm so excited. He's 4 months old pure white, and very laid back. He was called "Snowy" at the store, but I don't like that name a whole lot, and he doesn't answer to it. Some suggestions for a creative name? I've read other related questions, and nothing jumps out at me.
