My dog has diarrhea, throwing up and now panting.

Karla, you didn't say if the dog threw up once, or many times.? Does it have temperature above 103?? It could be panting due to being nervous from feeling sick.
Take the dogs temperature and see if it has a fever. It might have just ate something that upset its stomach.
My vet recommended Kopectate or Pepto Bismol for my dog when she did the same thing
from eating something that upset her stomach.
If your dog has a fever, (or the nausea and diarrhea continue for a hour), call the vet.

Take your dog to the vet immediately. This could be a lot of things, don't take a chance. Treat your pet the same as you want to be treated. If you were as sick as your pet I guarantee that you would want to go to the doctor so you could get better. Your dog is suffering. Be a decent human being and take care of your dog. And I'm sure you are a decent human being.

Definitely take him to a vet as soon as possible. Those symptoms can be due to many different problems. Don't let it wait any longer.

some dogs get tonsillitis from cold, hot , cold, hot weather that we have in the fall and spring so it could be that but i would get them checked at a vet as soon as you can

get your dog to the vet asap. it could be serious..it could get dehydrated awfully fast.the vet will give you meds and your pooch should be back to normal soon.
