I guess what I'm really asking is.. Which group of people are most likely to make a pet a part of the family?

I know Japan spoils their animals like hell. They also have the least amount of homeless animals. There is a clothes shop and pet cafes around every corner.

USA i love my dogs and i spoil them like crazy. I love them so much.

Definately America.........just look at all the celebrities! Especially Paris Hilton....she treats that dog like its a kid!

u.s.a .... i mean, we seriously spoil them by dressing them up in cute clothes and sometimes give them better food than we give our kids.
