I have two dogs and they are both Cairn Terriers. My oldest dog seems depressed, he never acts happy anymore and he pees in the house when ever we leave. We just moved from a house with a big fenced in backyard that he loved, and now we have a smaller yard without a fence so he can't run around. It's a brand new house and I don't want him peeing in it all the time. I also thought about taking him to the vet. just incase he is sick or something. What should i do?

My new kitten is 8 weeks old and has peed everywhere but where she is supposed to. I put her in the tray and show her what she has to do regulary. She just isn't getting it, she prefers to eat the litter instead. When she does pee on the floor I do rub her nose in it and tap her and then put her in the tray. How long can I expect this to happen till she gets the idea?

i have 2 NEW clownfish, they are my first fish i have in my tank. and one of my clownfish are swimming at the top of the tank, and is breathing very fast. i fresh-water diped it but it still is doing the same thing. The other clownfish is VERY healthy and my water is fine i think. i dont think im doing anything rong, but i need to know whats happening with my clownfish. does this happen with anyone elses clownfish? what can i do about it? somone please help so it doesnt die. okay thank you bye

I have a 10 week old golden retriever and I am interested in using Invisible Fencing. Does anyone know how old a puppy should be to begin training to the invisible fence?
Also, how do you deter a puppy from biting your hands?

We have well water. I have used it, city water and even bottled water. No matter what I use the water turns gator-aid green. What is happening?!? The fish are still alive but I'm afraid they are stressing. This is my second home aquarium. The water was so bad in my first quarium I threw everything away but the fish and started over. I have a 20 gal at the office and use city water. I have no problems with that one. Someone said the green might be algae and maybe I should put some plants in the tank. I do have an algae eater. Did I need another one? Thanks for any advice you can give. I have algae tablets but instructions don't say how often to drop a tablet in the aquarium. I put one in yesterday but did little good. Gosh, I thought this would be easy since the one at work it doing so well. Where did I go wrong?!?
Oh yeah, would a heater help? Thanks for any advice you can lend.

The small pond has 4 goldish in it (3 large and 1 small) and has thick trees and foliage overhanging it. I attend to it and feed the fish every day. Is it safe to introduce a new pet cat into such an environment - would it harm the fish? Is there anything I can do to prevent it from harming the fish - or do I just have to give up on the idea of having a cat?

We adopted a 1/2yr Siberian Husky from the Humane Society about 4 weeks ago. He is so thin that his hip bones stick out, you can easily feel his ribs under his coat. He weighed 48lbs when I took him in for his exam, and when I took him in to get neutered he had lost 3lbs. I am mixing a can of science diet can food with his food every morning, and he has dry food avail whenever he wants it. Any advice on how to get him to gain a little weight would be great. Thanks!

I have four chihuahua puppies I am weaning rite now due to their mom catching the kennel cough about 2 weeks ago. The vet suggested that I start weaning the pups at 5 weeks since the mom is sick and that it would help the mom out since she's weak from nursing the babies. The food my vet recommended is half bottle of "gerber baby food-meat n veggie" mixed in with a can of puppy canned food.

My question is:

Should I set a schedule of when I should feed them?
How many times a day should I feed them?
When should the latest time be at night when feed them?
Will they starve overnite?
How do I get them to drink water from their bowl?
What happens if I over feed them?
