i had 2 fiddler and 2 red crabs. key word HAD. i have a oscar,2 blue gill bass and a angle fish in the same tank. there all cool.. the 1 by 1 the crabs started to die. poo. i loved watching them. petco said my tank is sycling and only the strong will survive, there was food in the tank. do crabs need water and land? should i put them in a differant tank? help me. we love them and now they are gone. they are fun to watch.... i hope i did not drown them..

I just bought a horse from a friend who says the horse is great except he occasionally crow hops. Like when he's kicked or when he is first ridden if its been a while. He said he just jerked on the reins to get his head up. The horse is six and trained on cows some and has my friend has used him on field trials so he's been around a lot of noise. He has a lot of good points. I have had him a month and I started ground training him in a round pen first to gain his respect. He has shown a little disrespect but over all he is a real sweet horse. But now I am second guessing buying him. Im getting back into horses after children and had a compression fracture three years ago from a green horse and don't want to get hurt again. I used to love spirited horses! Help.

I have an extremely active Dalmatian. She loves to run and needs the exercise to get to sleep at night. There are some nights I just can't get up the energy to go running or biking for 2 or 3 miles. I had heard of treadmills for dogs. Then I could set it up next to mine, and I could walk while she runs. Does anyone know where I can get one?

What happened to our 5 month old kitten? Dr had her 5 days tried several different antibiotics, including flagyl, penicillin, cleocin and sub-q fluids as well as iv fluids. They could never get the diarrhea under control. Incision from spay surgery was well approximately and healing well from the external side. Was it the rabbit? I have several other kittens and don't want this to happen again. I have 5 other cats/kittens spayed/neutered at the same time and they seem to be fine. The diarrhea was severe - looked like urine with small flecks of feces. Maybe someone else has come across this. We do live in the country. Thanxs for your responses

*this fish is in a community tank with 20 other fish
*he looks totally normal and acts normal..except for this
* im not sure what it is..chiclid of some kind..( orange with black markings)

My male betta, who is in a small 2.5 minibow, with 3 small platies, is just staying around the bottom, not doing too much. At a LPS, which is good, not like petco or anything, said they should be fine in a 2.5 gal, as long as I change the water a little more often. Is there something unusual with my betta's actions, or is that just normal? DO tehy like being near the gravel on the bottom of the tank? Well now that I think more, he also swims a lot, but also likes being lazy on the ground... Normal?
