me and my girlfriend have bought 2 new russian dwarf hamsters, they are both females and are both all white except one has a black stripe down her back. I need some suggestions of names. I dont want things like snowy or hammy because they are too common. also names that are linked together would help, for example if they were males i would call them mario and luigi, but i need a good pair or girl names.

Today I took my cat to the vets and it was close enough so I put my cat on a leash and walked with her there and she was cool with it. Does anyone else do it?

Hey everyone I got an important question... my cat just had kittens yesterday morning on into the evening. she had 7 kittens. one of the babies came of sideways, and it caused her to hemerage. Well this morning is when she started to hemerage so I took her straight to the vets {which is right beside my house luckily} In order to keep her living she had to have a total hysterectomy. So I said of course cuz I love my cat. Well it took them about 2 hours to perform the surgery and I picked her up. I brought her home and she seemed fine.. the vet told me to let the kittens feed and of course I did or they would've starved! Well anyways my mom is over and she was showing our cousin my cat. Well I guess she noticed she was bleeding so she took something and wiped off her wound. Well she stood her up and blood started dripping out of her wound.. I about freaked.. so my mom wiped it up again and it started bleeding more! omg I am scared.. She is laying in her pen right now, and she doesn't..

or herbal equations that may bring her around? I've tried parsley, thyme and Jack interspersed with intervals of cinnoman girls and Beam but it only serves to further sedate the erstwhile slithering beast.

I just came home and found my zebra finches nest on the bottom of the cage and the four eggs on the floor of the cage. Only one was cracked so I threw it away and put the others back in the nest and put the nest back up. The longest they could have been left on the bottom is like two hours. Is that too long to go with out being sat on? Also, the parents are still hopping around on the bottom looking around. Will they take the eggs back after this happened? Will they know one is missing?

I rescued a kitten that was abandoned by her mother at 4 days old and actually I brought her in the house to die in comfort but I took to good of care of her and she lived. Her name is Birdie. She has been back and forth to the vet with URI's and is over that now. She is just over 18 mos old and is smaller than a 6 month old cat but now the vet is telling me that she is retarded ( along with having a twisted spine). She is very strange, but I love her to death. She can never go outside alone and I have outfitted the front porch so she can go out there and hang out. She does not walk anywhere, she hops at a high rate of speed. She is always falling off things and is not very graceful at all. But I know she loves me because everytime she see's me or I am near her she purrs....alot and loud. Can she live a normal and long life?

I know it's in a dog's nature to hunt for food, and I know that a soft-shelled taco is a tasty treat for anyone...which is why I feel torn about the whole scolding thing with my dog. He's gotten into the trash twice, both times when I wasn't in the room. The first time he did it, my husband spanked him once and I actually cried. :) This second time I had a hard time scolding him verbally because he had a taco wrapper around his nose & I had to stifle a laugh. So what's everyone's verdict on scolding the dog? It's obvious he shouldn't be in the garbage, and I shouldn't have to change where the garbage is simply because he pokes around. Should spanking be involved at all, or should I just give him a stern talking to and send him outside? It'd be much easier if I could catch him in the act, but he only does it when we're not around.

Last week, two hot air balloons took off from the adjacent field. My poor baby she was scared to death, running back and forth, shaking like a leaf (as well as other dogs). I tried to call her to me, so I could comfort her, but she wouldn't come close to me. I finally got up and grabbed her to prevent her from running into the woods, as they rose above us. The whole time she was trying to pull away from me. A little while later, after they were out of sight, she became her normal ball retrieving self. Tonight as I went to the park, we saw a hot air balloon in the sky that just took off. She became an anxious mess again, shaking and wining as I drove. When we got to the park she was still anxious and kept looking up in the sky for the balloon.
what can I do to make her less anxious? When we are in the car, what should I do to comfort her? If we are at the park and another ballon takes off should I keep her with me or let her run off (the park 4 is acres fenced)? Thanks
