There are several reasons that your dog might be red eyes. Below are some of the most common reasons given by various veterinarians:
Your dog might have scratched their eye;
Your dog might have something trapped in their eyelid;
Your dog might have allergies;

Sounds like allergies. most likely to ragweed or other pollen outside.

umm my hamster had the same thing and R.i.p try the vet i didn't cause my mom said it would cost but it doesn't
