okay, so my puppy, polmeranian mix cocker, is a girl, she's 3 month old, and black, and she eats natural balence food, but every time i give her her food, she does not even touch it!!!!! please help me, i would like her to get used to eat in the morning at 10 and at night at 7:30 please give me some tips! ^_^ thanks! ^_^

and i was also wondering, can she mate at this age? (3 month.)

my dog in the winter?/?

i was told to feed my dog more fatty foods in the winter because hes outside but i was wondering what to feed him since this is my first winter with him and i dont want to amke him unhealthy what do you feed your dogs in the winter ????

My dog has developed small lumps mainly on his ears, what could they be?

The lumps are fairly small but feel very hard, almost scabby. I have recently found one or two on his head and chest. He doesn't seem too incomfortable but his brother is constantly sniffing and licking them.

Can guinea pigs swim?

I have a question. I have two guinea pigs and I always give them a bath just in case. I'm just curious but...
Everytime I put them in the water, I wonder if they know how to swim. Do they? A lot of people told me they do and others tell me they don't, so I need the REAL answer, here!!!

kitten hisses at dog?

How many parakeets can be housed together?

I have 4 parakeets right now. They have their summer home which is a 2ft wide, by 4ft. long, by 6ft. tall outside aviary. They stay in their aviary from late spring, summer and early fall and in the winter when it gets cold they go inside. My inside cage is 17" wide by 17"long by 33" tall. We have named them after the characteres of friends, but we are two shy. Can we get 2 more parakeets and have them live comfortable in their winter cage?

Where can I find a site besides craigslist that will have dogs to adopt?

I really want to get a dog after not having one for a long time, but I don't want to pay a lot of money. http://www.1-800-save-a-pet.com/cgi-bin/public/petsearch.cgi/search_dogs_form is a great place if you are searching shelters and such. But then there are people who are also giving their dogs away or selling them. But a lot of them on line want way to much. Is there a site that has mutts? I mean, I don't care if I have a mutt, it just has to be small. Thanks.

What do I do to cure my goldfish of ick?

I bought some super ick cure liquid and I think my tank is a 50 gallon. On the directions for use it says to remove activated carbon from filter. Forgive me I know nothing about this... So I took the filter completely out. Was I supposed to? If not, then how do you get the carbon out of the filter?! How do I know if I need a new filter? The tank was given to me and I have no clue how old it is (& it was put together- not by me). Do you buy a whole new filter or is it something you take apart and buy parts to? Anyone please help! I'm fish stupid. I thought goldfish were supposed to be easy to take care of. Thankyou for any advice you can give me.

My cat is terrified of my housemate's boyfriend. What does this mean?

Just some background--my cat is extremely social when it comes to humans. He hates being alone and always wants to be where the people are. So, it's just bizarre he's completely scared of my friend's BF. (Any time the BF comes over, the cat runs like a bat out of hell to hide under the bed. I've never seen him react this way with anyone.)
