Hi,
It is apparent your puppy doesn't like the food she is being offered.
Don;t worry, she will not starve but will eat sooner or later, after her hunger is greater.
Or you could change her food to something that she likes a bit better, like most good commercial brands of puppy food. But do not feed her table scraps. they will upset her tummy and will lead down that slippery slope to spoiling her rotten and then she won;t eat any dog food. Not good for her!
At that age she should be eating three times a day, not twice. You could always feed her a good dry food free choice, by leaving a bowl of dry food down for her to munch on whenever she is hungry.
She is a bit young at 3 months old for mating. They usually don't come into their first heat until they are 9 months or older. You do not want to mate her at that tender young age, it is too hard on them and could kill her. Wait till she is a mature year and a hlaf or so before trying to mate her. And a female dog will only mate when they are in heat.

You obviously never had a dog before. NO you can't mate a dog for the first 2 years of its life. Feed her the dog food at the same time everyday and she will get used to it. If she doesn't wanna touch it, perhaps she doesn't like it. She might eat it cause she has no choice. Try different things until you get something she will eat. Then you can practice feeding her everyday at the times you said and she will get used to it. It's that simple! A dog's first cycle begins at 6 months old, but that doesn't mean you can mate her. If you mate her before she is 2 years old, she can get very ill and die. Dogs don't mature till they are about 2 or 3 years old depending on the breed.

She doesn't like her food, she'll come around. Indoor dogs who are fed regularly don't starve to death, if you catch my drift. Eventually, she'll give up the game and eat the food you give her. Try putting some water in there to moisten it up, maybe she'll think it's something new. Worked on my dog.
Now for the 2nd question, SHE IS WAY TOO YOUNG TO MATE! A litter inside of her would be detrimental to her body, besides the fact that she's not even mature enough to perform the act. A dog needs to be full grown before she gives birth. If you get a puppy stuck in a too-small birthing canal, you put the puppies (all of them) lives at risk as well as the mother's. And if you even had to ask this may I suggest you do some serious research before you go putting more unwanted dogs on this earth. You are not a serious breeder, she's not a purebred, and you wouldn't know what to if complications arose. Do you have the financial resources to support all these puppies in case they don't get adopted right away? What if one or more gets sick? You know you have to give them shots immediately right? More unwanted dogs make me nauseous. Please reconsider. You don't need to bring more dogs into this world. There are enough in the shelter, which I am guessing you didn't adopt her from, and don't say you did because all shelters (SPCA, state and county run) will spay her before they adopt her out. Thanks for the contribution to overpopulation issue. The shelter workers (who will probably see the product of your litter soon enough) who put other puppies to sleep every day thank you.

Monitor your puppy's diet. This is the stage for your puppy to establish good eating habits. You need to be consistent with what you feed your puppy, monitoring how much he eats and weighs. From six to eight weeks old, your puppy should be fed three times a day, and when he reaches eight weeks, feed him twice a day. Feeding guidelines should be listed on your pet food package.
Note: Don't be alarmed if you notice changes in your puppy's appetite. Growing can affect your puppy's digestive system causing him to lose his appetite or experience digestive upset occasionally. If stomach symptoms become severe or continue for longer than a day or two, contact your veterinarian.

A DOG WILL GO INTO HEAT AT 5-6 MONTHS. THIS IS THE TIME TO GET HER SPAYED IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BREED HER. AS FAR AS THE FEEDING GOES, TAKE YOUR PUP TO A PETSTORE AND ASK THE OWNER TO GIVE YOU SOME SAMPLES OF THE BETTER DRY DOGFOODS AMD LET YOUR PUP DECIDE WHAT SHE PREFERS. MANY VETS ALSO HAVE SAMPLE BAGS. LIKE A CHILD THE PUP WILL NOT STARVE. PUT HER FOOD DOWN AT ABOUT 8AM , NOON, AND 5 PM. PUT THE FOOD DOWN FOR ONLY FIFTEEN MINUTES AND THEN REMOVE IT. SHE WILL SOON GET THE IDEA IT'S EAT NOW OR NEVER. BE PATIENT ... GOOD LUCK ..

No mating at her age. About 6 months she should go into heat.
As far as the food maybe she don't like it. Try another food.

NO SHE CAN NOT MATE AT THIS AGE...SHE HASN'T EVEN HAD HER FIRST HEAT YET! TRY SOME OTHER TYPE OF FOOD...MAYBE SHE'LL LIKE THAT BETTER. BUT I WOULD BE CONCERNED IF YOUR PUP IS NOT EATING....SOMETHING MIGHT BE WRONG....SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE A VET ASAP.

she will eat when she gets hungry enough. she won't starve.
WHY IN THE WORLD DO YOU WANT TO BREED HER????
get her fixed now, so there aren't more unwanted dogs in this world. she is a mixed breed, it will cost you more in vet bills than you can make back from selling the puppies.
