dont ask for advice other than a professional
it could be allergy, or somethiing more serious,
please don't ignore this, if you love your dog, do not postppone finding out the problem
I have a German Sheperd, and a Chihuahua, and i had another Sheperd a white one, names Spirit
a year ago Spirit got a lump on his, head,

i really urge you to do something asap tomorrow,, or when you can'
I am hoping it is not serious, and i feel linside, that it is not,, (vibes) BUT PLEASE ASK THE RIGHT PEOPLE AND REMEMBER THIS IS PART OF LOVE, THE IMPORTAND PART, for your dog

You need to take the dog to the vet. If the other dog is licking his ears, it could be an ear infection. It will let off a smell that the other dog can't resist.
Sometimes the lumps can be innocent calcium spots. It could be grass seeds that can be nasty, or a number of other things.
best get it checked

This sounds like an allergy/ or bites- probably fleas. Cysts are not as hard and you can move your fingers around them. Either way I'm afraid its down to the vet to sort out but it sounds like it won't be too difficult to treat.

they could be any number to things from nothing to worry about, it's just part of the dog, to some thing serious like cancer. so you should probably take him to the vet for an accurate diagnosis.
