My roomate has a cat and it has been in the heat for a good two weeks now. And she has it bad. Crying and meowing all day all night and I dont know about you but have got to get some sleep. My roomate can't get her fixed right now so is there anything that can be done. And will she ever be out of it. Any help would be great!!!

my cat is 63 days preg. She started spotting yesterday at 9am....this morning at 7:30am she gave birth to a stillborn. I can still feel maybe two more kittens....they are kicking and moving. She is active, eating, drinking, going to the bathroom. No bleeding, no more contractions at all. What do I do? Is she still okay????

I put her to bed around 10 or 11pm & then around 3am she whines and has to go wee.Should I let her out or should I try to make her hold it.Also after she goes she crys to get out of her kennel.What should I do??

I have a Bichon Frise and he is 9 years old. I go to pet him and i'll touch his leg and he yelps, and he's limping. I dont know if he has a sliver or a bruse. I dont know what it is. But it makes me sad when I see him limp like that he cant even jump on the couch any more. :( What am I suppose to do? plz help me!! thanx

Just love stories of the kind pet-loving people out there who have at one point saved/rescued a dog and brought it up as their own? My friend found a young husky abandoned in a snowy forest in Northern Ontario, it had got lost from its pack and was on deaths door but he took it home and its been his ever since. Do you have any rescue stories?

Yet we'd never consider doing it with, say, Grandpa. Perhaps the animals would prefer to live no matter how great the pain! Do we perhaps simply not want to see their pain? I'm really serious. I read a question and it got me thinking about this.

I know that many--not all--people want to hang on as long as possible. So what makes us think our animals don't?

(I don't mean wild animals, though. Clearly, a badly injured wild animal can't even feed itself.)

i recently found a baby alligator and i felt sorry for it and i took it home and place it in a lil water in a cooler until i could figure out what to do wit it i fed it some lunch meat and its really nice but what am i going to do when its gets big plus this animal eats alot to be so smalls so i am just asking what would u do if u were in my situation

SHe is healing from a dog attack right now, shell regrowing. SHe was with antibiotics for a month, I think she is past the infection state. I usually feed her carrots, lettuce, spinach, strwberries, blueberries, bananas and that dry food they sale at petsmart. Any advice on how to raise her???

My family has a great little puppy, about 6 months old. She listens very well and is great with the kids. But she chases cars coming up and down our road. With live on a private dirt road with only two neighbors, so it's not a big deal but I'm terrified she'll get brave enough to follow all the way to the highway and get hurt, or worse.

I'm totally against it and support animal rights and i'm with a few anti vivisection orginasations. I do not understand why they test on poor innocent defencless animals no matter what the reason is. How can they say if something is fine for the animal its fine for humans we don't have the same genetics. surely it would make more sense and probebly reduce crime if they tested on pedophiles, murders, rapists, child abusers etc. and at the end of the day who gave humans the right to experiment on these poor animals.

My Golden Retriever (6 months) likes to dip her paws in her water dish and splash it all over the floor. If I am in a hurry I slip in it and almost fall. Have tried placing a cookie sheet under it but that doesn't help much and I have to keep cleaning the rust off it. Does anyone else have this problem?
