Buy some pig ears...rawhide......she's teething and needs lot of stuff that is OK for her to chew on...if you give her enough stuff to play with and chew on she will learn a lot quicker to leave your stuff alone.

Go buy Cesar Milan's book, Cesar's Way. He's amazing and host's his own show called the Dog Whisperer on the National Geographic Explorer Channel.
Anyway, the dog is nervous, so you should walk the dog every day so the animal can release that energy. Keep him kenneled at night. They like the feel of a den. Provide appropriate stuff like cow hoofs and pigs ears (not rawhide, it get's stuck in their intestines) to chew on. And go buy that book!

Dogs usually tear things from boredom when left alone he are a few suggestions I used with my dogs over the years:
Place him in a big room with little contents when you go to work
get him lots of chewie toys and bones
leave the TV or radio on to calm him
If he is a little pup use a wind up alarm clock that ticks (they say it mimics Moms heartbeat and calms young pups to sleep
Dont make a big deal over him/her when you leave and come home...they say it causes anxiety in the dog

Dog chews on TV remote, wallets, shoes, socks, children's toys, the mail, or inappropriate loose objects:
Put loose objects out of the dog's reach: on a high shelf, in a cabinet or closet, or in a room closed off by door or baby gate Provide attractive, "legal" chew toys, and praise dog for chewing on them.
Dog chews on carpets, baseboards, door frames, electric cords, furniture, or other inappropriate fixtures:
Keep dog away from fixtures with doors, gates or fences. Spray objects with "Bitter Apple" or other chew deterrents. Provide attractive, "legal" chew toys, and praise dog for chewing on them. Make sure that the dog has enough exercise and mental stimulation.
A Tired Dog Is A Good Dog
Give the dog the exercise he needs, and he will spend much of his day resting - not chewing, barking, digging, escaping, or destroying things.
Your Reactions Affect Your Dog’s Actions
If you allow your dog to be rewarded for some action, he’s likely to repeat it. Consciously allow rewards to happen for actions you like, and prevent your dog from getting rewarded by you or the environment for actions you don’t want to encourage.
Dogs will act in ways that they’ve learned are successful, ways that gain them Good Things and help them avoid Bad Things. Behavior that is rewarded is going to be repeated.

Try crating/caging her during the times you're not at home. If you decide to do this, just don't use the cage as a place of punishment.

Go online and look for behaviour modification techniques. You need to teach your dog that YOU are the alpha male (female) and they will respect you and your stuff.
This does not work for cats... trust me... quite the opposite... they just get mad and pee on your stuff.. yuk

Get her some raw hide and chew toys. Teach her not to chew on things or people. She is still baby and teething is all it is.
