Someone stole something from our backyard and now we are considering getting a guard dog.My dad wants to get a doberman pigeon but i want something like a husky or a german shepard.It has to be big but cute.And it has to be good with kids and easy to train.Any ideas?Also,do you know any websites where you could buy dogs for a reasonable price?Got any good name ideas?

I have 5 small kids (8,7,6,5,4,1 years old) my Dog baby (who just had 7 puppies). Is there anything you tried that worked well? Do you know if its safe for babies and puppies? There is a cat that adopted me and she just delivered 8 kittens with only one survivor, is there such thing as a double pregnancy in cats? She was pregnant about 4 weeks and the male cats came around her again like she was in heat twice. Please let me know what you think? Thanx.

I have 2 female rats almost 1 year old and they bite. If i try to pick them up when there facing me they will bite me or if they smell my fingers they will bite me. Just today one of them was crawling around on my friends stomach and bit it. Is there anyway to stop this?

I have a male beagle mix that is about 2 yrs old (he is a rescue so we are not completely sure), a male cockapoo that is 10 months and a female pug that is 6 months. They are great dogs and we love them. They are truly memebers of the family. However, the cockapoo has started growling and sometimes attacking the other two. When ever they try to get on the bed or couch he growls and if I do not interevene right away he will attack. If they get near his food or toys it is the same reaction. I am not sure why he had just started it. He has never growled or shown aggression towards me or any other human. How do I stop this? He is starting to worry me. Thanks for any help you may be able to give.
