I highly reccomend advantage but you should chck w your vet as to whether or not this can transfer from the mothers skin into her system & possibly in to her milk if the puppies are still nursing...Im not sure taht it can but it is absorbed into their body & could possbily end of poisoning the babies, like I said Im not sure so you should chck it out before tyring it. As for the puppies your going to have to wait till they get older to use any thing medicated, but you can alwasy bathe you animals in DAWN dish soap(use care to keep it out of their eyes!!) jsut wet em down lather em up & w the puppies hold em for a couple minutes to let the soap kill the fleas, then rinse em in warm water and dry em up.....if the fleas have infested your house your going to have to flea bomb, maybe more than once FLEAS ARE VERY HARD TO KILL & KEEP GONE!!! in order to bomb you will hv to remove ALL animals from the house & ALL people, be sure that no matter what you decide to use you chck to be sure there wont be reactions w any house hold products you use on the house....example; if you get your dog flea dipped & bomb your house, ther could be a overdose of toxins in the pooches system...you get what Im saying?? Advantage wotn hurt your kids as far as contact w the dogs & its stays on for up to a month even w bathing......Capstar is also good to kill fleas on animals w/in 24 hours but like the advantage make sure to chck it sont transfer in the milk....consult your vet honestly is the best thing to do!! GOOD LUCK !! :D

I admit to once having 2 whippets, 2 border collies and 2 pomeranians. Fleas got out of control, tried everything, nothing works as well as Frontline or Revolution, from Vets. Break a vial on the skin once a month and voila! No More Fleas.Buy bulk packet, its cheaper. Clears environment,Safe for all, worth every cent

Vet has a flea dip, give it a try. Keep the pet inside but first take out/wash all infected areas of home and pets bedding etc.

If your dogs are injected then there is no serious problem .Always try to keep your kids some apart from them, though it is very tough-otherwise no way
