I am moving at the end of fall and i wanted to buy an animal to take with me. I have always wanted to buy a french bulldog but recently researched it and didn't really find much positive info on it. Are they really terrible difficult and expensive dogs?

I noticed someone said you can get one for $600... bad idea, you are just asking for problems and most people who price hunt end up with unhealthy or agressive dogs. Pets cost $2000-$2800. They are worth every penny if they are the breed for you. But for many it is not a good match, if you want a dog who will obey & is easy to potty train this is the wrong dog. Vet bills & upkeep are also more expensive.

Frenchies are nifty little dogs. NOT built for running marathons in August in Florida!!! Otherwise...fine.
GO TO AKC SHOWS! MEET the breed & talk to people who actully KNOW & CARE about their breed.

my sister has a french bulldog and he is really sweet. he gets along with kids and other animals. they are expensive but definitly worth it.

french bulldogs are very friendlyjust watch out for breathing problems this may sound weird but because their faces are smushed up it causes breathing problems

get a Dalmatian or a Callie or if you want a bull dog then you might want to try a English one in stand of french

I don't actually know, but it certainly sounds like one of the stranger dogs I've ever heard of.
