Sometimes when I visit the zoo, the animals look all sad. They look like old people in a retirement center. You see gorillas with walkers. Lions roaring with no teeth trying to scare you.......no in fact they just lay there and sleep, pretty boring, and snakes don't shuffle they roll.

Should they be in their natural ecosystem?

I have a 6-year old green-cheeked conure named Cuttles, even though his first name (I was only 6 when I got him) was Cruncher. I've had him since he was 3 months old.

I also have a 4 year old sun conure. Named Sunny (short for Sunshine, the original owner's name for her) I got her when she was the same age as Cuttles, give or take a few days.

Lastly, I have a 5 year old grey cockatiel, named Cocoa. She was 4 months old when I got her.

i brought home 2 new kittens and she hates them she even tried to hurt them when im not looking! Now she wont let me pet her and she often stays away from me i tried everything i even gave her 3 choices of food morn noon and night. i dont noe wat is going on can someone help?

Everyday that it is sunny, i always get corn flies on my arms! Well sure i think that they are cute, but, they get on my nerves since i tried to do my maths work on a bright yellow piece of paper, but they kept flying on to it!
How do i stop it from happening?
Do i have to spray myself with body deodrant?

I have a cat aged 3 years, I found him near my house when he was very young (eyes still a bluey cast) he goes through periods of crying in a high thin voice and bites me, he cries most of the time and when he is going to bite his face changes, this morning he jumped on me in bed and bit my face, then suddenly he will change and purr and rub against me and then maybe not cry and bite for a couple of weeks or so. I wonder if he is having little fits or something

One is white with yellow ears and a striped orange/white tail, the other is black with a half mask face half black and half calico split right down the middle. Also girl and girl names we are not sure of their sex yet

My dog is looking paranoid and scared. We are in hurricane season but for now nothing is coming. It's raining occasionally but during other seasons it rains like this and she looks relaxed, but in summer she seems uneasy.

She can't be still laying in one place. She moves everywhere, and when it starts to rain she starts to shake nervously.

Is it possible that she knows that a hurricane is coming soon and she is nervous about it? Or is just the heat that is making her uncomfortable?

I have 3 minpins. A male who thrives on affection, another male who thrives on eating & a female who loves to play in the backyard by heself all day until night comes and she comes inside. The 2 males constantly compete for my attention and my female seems very independent and decides when she wants to be affectionate. She was a rescue at 2 years old, one male was rescued at 6 months and the other male has been mine since 6 weeks old (he was first).

My dogs are plagued by ticks. Advantage kills fleas but Advantix does NOT kill ticks.

I wrote the company (Bayer) who said it only kills American ticks and Australian ticks, not Belize ticks.

Can you imagine anything so ridiculous?? Boycott Bayer.
