Any tropical flakes are good for this breed (brand name really doesn't matter). Some people swear by color enhancing food but I haven't seen much difference. If you would like to give them a treat frozen blood worms or brine shrimp (shrimp will cause less debris in the tank) will surely be a winner.

By the way if you got a male and female they will mate like guppies so be prepared.

Mollies are omnivores. They need a flake, or small pellet food with both vegs, and meat. Generally most experts say they need more vegs that you'll get with most tropical fish food. I feed mine a spirluna flake (algae flake), and freeze dried brine shrimp. (I've got female bettas in the tank which are carnivores so I use both daily.) Note that they love peas, spinach, zucchini, and boiled lettuce. So a standard flake with a extra piece of vegies ever so often should be fine.
