I have a Torrey Pine in my front yard and it seems to be dying the needles are brown and it doesn't look healthy. I have tried watering it but that really didn't help. Is there something different that I need to do with a Torrey Pine than a regular tree?

from Santa's sleigh hump last night. They significatly scraped things up on the deer , and my 2.5 year old found it this morning. I only found 3 of the 4 stakes in the yard (they are white and we have snow). They also put the light up santa into the sleigh that is too small for him. Any suggestions on how to prevent this in the future as I don't want to have to try to fix things every night and definately don't want my daughter exposed to this. Thanks.

I know that rocks and concrete can explode if heated too hot too fast, but can I effectively melt the ice and snow from my sidewalk quickly before shocking the concrete if I blast it with my blowtorch? I have a torch with a burner about one and a half inches which shoots a flame about 3 feet long.
