More info on the plant/shrub is needed, find out the name of the plant and then you can look up the zone for this plant to see if the frost will kill it.

Well first of all, look at the branches, if they have a redish tint to them, it is a northern evergreen, it will be fine, if the branches are more of a yellowish/brown, it can stay out for a day or two, but needs to be brought in, this one is a south ferr green,

Evergreens are very hardy and tolerate a lot of cold weather conditions so no problem.

As long as it is in the ground and not in a small pot it will have no problem. Even though it looks green it is dormant and unaffected by the cold.

I would say you could , but you might put some mulch around the roots to protect them. It also might be a good idea to check with youre garden center just to be sure.
