So many of the apples here seem not to have much flavor. Maybe it is where they come from or the type of apple. The one green apple tree that grows in my yard has pretty nice apples, but so many apples out there in the market place, just don't seem to cut it.

looking 4 flowers to put around my g-ma, g-pa, and uncles head stone g-ma unforgetable, tuff as nails if u did wrong, kind as an angel (she still hangin around im sure of it) g-pa i didnt know him, served in korean war, heard hes a great man (watching over my husband in afganistan) uncle died way befor his time never knew him either (hes watching over mine and my hubbys son)

I watered them well and then did the pop bottle - which didn't empty out - do you really need those self-watering spikes or as the dirt dries will it allow water out of the bottle and keep the container moist enough for the long weekend ?
