This worked for me (don't doubt it until you try it). Get a paper bowl and pore beer in it until it's half full (or half empty...how ever you look at it). You can do more than one and then put them in your garden for a few days. The worms are attracted to the smell of the beer and then drown in it! Worked wonders in my garden!

I tend to pick them off by hand. I don't want poisons all over my garden. If a lose a few flowers, that's okay.

Nothing, because they need food to be alive. You can grow more if they ate all the flowers.
