I have a Torrey Pine in my front yard and it seems to be dying the needles are brown and it doesn't look healthy. I have tried watering it but that really didn't help. Is there something different that I need to do with a Torrey Pine than a regular tree?

The needles don't really fall off, but there is an Iceplant surrounding it. Could that be killing it?

Hope you haven't been raking up needles under tree, it needs the acidity from them. Go to your local plant nursery and ask what you can do.
