We just moved to a historic farm. There are two large lilac bushes which have been neglectied for years. They are nothing but suckers standing straight up.

What can we do to bring it back? Prune it? What time of year do we do this? Any other hints? Thanks.

So the people across the street from me have so many decorations you can't even see the lawn. Literally. The other neighbors, including me, say that it is way too much and its way too bright. But its not just the lights. There are big blow up things and other things are all over the lawn. But what should we do?

Moved to this house 3 years ago, but this is the first time the tree does this. Every morning, I wake up to a driveway and car completely covered in sticky sap. I can see white bubbles on the upper branches, which appear to be where it is coming from. Is there any reason why it is suddenly doing this? Will it stop?

Just moved into a house built in the 30's that has a concrete goldfish pond with brick walls. I like the idea of having a goldfish pond, but it is extremely gross and I would guess that it hasn't been used in 20 years or more. It simply collects rain water and looks like it holds sludge most of the time.

If there was some neat, fairly easy way to get it back in good shape, I might try fish once it warms back up. Otherwise, I may fill it with soil and use it as some sort of garden.

Suggestions, Ideas, etc......

I really don’t know what kind of pesticide to use. I would appreciate help. The growth of the rose plants has been retarded. When ever the new shoots seem to be growing it turns black and dies . I am located in India and all my roses are in pots. I would appreciate if I could get to know about the specific pesticide. All the answers were excellent to my previous query. I really need help desperately.
I am located in Kolkata India and the weather is humid and the temp is high for November
