Try asking about this at your local county agricultural extension office. They are there to do more than just help farmers, and often know about websites and books that are written specific to your area. Never knew there where SO many books specific to where I live until I went to see them.

Don't know a site but from my own garden some spring to mind.
Many of theses bloom for months and a few nearly all year long.
Jan -- Feb: Iceland poppies, calendula, California poppies, primrose, daffodils, Clivia, Dutch Iris, forget-me-nots, lobelia
March -- April: Spanish blue bells, bearded iris, watsonia, sweet peas, tulips, pansies, rananaculas, anemones, Shirley poppies, azalea
May -- June: Roses, larkspur, delphinium, impatiens, fox glove, Dahlias, fuchsias, begonias, peonies,
July -- Aug: Petunias, geraniums, zinnias, marigolds, scabiosa
Sept.-- Oct. Mums, most summer flowers
Nov.-- December: paper whites, begonias, camellias
