If it's chain-link (and I can't see it being anything else) wire-cutters will do the job in 2 shakes of a lamb's tail. What use is fence with holes in it? Sounds a waste to me.

I just can't help but feel that raking leaves is one of those pointless chores that we impose upon ourselves for no particular reason. I guess what I really want to know is: does raking (or not raking) have any positive or negative impact on the health of the lawn?

Does anyone have any tips for maintaining my yard and garden.

I have 2 dogs and a chicken they are killing grass with urine and pot holes.

I've already fenced in my garden but the grass is now intertwined in the chicken wire and I cannot keep up with it so many of my flowers are hidden behind the grass.

I hate it, please help Yahoo members

I was thinking of planting a row of Kousa Dogwood Trees along my property. I live in zone 6. I was just wondering if you are happy with your tree? Does it bloom well? Does it look good in the fall? And most important, does the fruit make a big mess or do the birds and squirrels actually eat it? I was considering Milky Way Select. Do you recommend another variety? Why?
