Park a clown car in your driveway and you will scare all but the mimes.
If mimes hit your yucca you will never hear it.

You have some very inconsiderate neighbors. The other problem is that if you run over the bicycles or one of the neighbors gets hurt on your yucca plant, you might be held liable. Be careful!

LOL! Ah, neighbors. Probably you need the services of a telepath to see what's going on in their brains. Or you could simply ask them. Maybe they're clueless or aren't the types who respect boundaries. Maybe it's simply never occurred to them that they should leave their bikes on their property rather than yours. (Speaking as someone whose neighbors used to routinely wheel their garbage can smack dab in front of her house rather than block the curb in front of their own.)
I like the touch of the yucca plant. Those are nice and thorny, almost as good as rose bushes for eliciting screams and swears from trespassers.

They leave them there because you haven't yet accidently driven over one of them. Bonus time: If you have warned them this could happen, and it then does happen, they could be held liable for any damage incurred with your vehicle.
In the same vein, different arm, the more material items some people have, the less they respect their own property, not to mention other people's property.

Maybe the kids just feel safe leaving them there and mean no harm by it. Just ask them to put them in a different spot on your property and I bet they will. Tell then your concern for your plan too.

Tassie's answer is in the right vein, but, speak to the neighbors first..(bike owners and or parents). Then put them in your garage and have the owners earn them back,,ie. doing chores for you. Like this might just work if the parents want to teach their children about the rights of others....lots of luck...

Pick them up, put them out the front with a sign next to them, To Give Away to a New Home, the previous owners dont want them anymore.

First-Speak to them about it .The parents, if it's children doing it.
Second-If they keep leaving them in your driveway, speak to the Police and see what you can legally do. Then do it.
Three- I like the free bikes answer, very funny.
Four-Neighbors, aren't they great.
