how do I go about fixing my front porch, the far end(away from the house) looks like it's sinking, plus the wood is starting to rott, part of my roof overhangs above the porch and I want to replace all of the porch but I'm worried about the overhang falling and ripping out of the roof, how can I support the overhang while having enough room to work on the new porch!

We recently replaced all the old paned windows (around 80 years old) in our home and I want to turn some of them into mirrors. What would be my first step in doing this? Who do I take them to? Do I special order the mirror and do it myself? What is a round about cost in doing it? As you can see, I want something done that I have no clue about and any lead in any direction would help. :o)
