i mean,to keep them green and standing...plants like money plant etc.can v also keep them in small bottles with narrow necks?

What kinds of plants, exactly? You can keep many kinds of plants in a vase of water but you have to cut them right for them to root and live. To keep green and standing, they have to have the right amound of water and light and food. You should get a houseplant book or at least find a website to learn the basics.
