I bought a cute Kelly's kids dress that had a monogram on it and I would like to remove it so I can take it to be monogramed with my daughters initials.Does anyone know an easy way to do this?

I have successfully removed monograms with a seam ripper. Work with the dress while it's inside out, and rip the stitching, you should then be able to pull them all out. Sometimes, the fabric will pucker, leaving the outline of the monogram, but it goes away eventually, especially if you wash it often.

If you don't have one you can purchase a seam ripper in a sewing store or material shop. you could even use a cuticle
scissor. With either one you need to be carefull and cut slowly
and gently pull the threads out.

not going to happen with out damaging the fabric
cover it with a broach, patch , or something creative that resembles you
the other ideas work, but becasue the stitching is so close with embrod, it will be difficult.
try finding a very similar fabric and embrod that and then cover nicely and creatively on the shirt

Use a seam ripper and rip from the inside of the garment.

I use a little razor that was sold at Sally's. It is called a peanut. Be careful not to cut the fabric.
