I am moving from a 3 bedroom/3 bath (1800 sq ft) house to a 1 bedroom/1 bath (730 sq ft) apartment and I have *waaay* too much furniture I need to get rid of so my new house isn't overly cluttered!

I don't like having garage sales because I hate dealing with heaps of people trying to talk you down 25 cents, I'd much rather sell my belongings on ebay because I feel I'd get better $$ and would have the high bidder come and personally pick up the furniture.. Has anyone had any luck getting rid of their high end furniture on ebay insted of getting nothing for it at a garage sale .. ? Let me know thanks :)

I went here to get fake flowers that look very lifelike. They turned out great. I chose the flowers I wanted, the rocks I wanted in it and everything. Told them, they got it all put together and sent it to me. If anyone is interested in those, please take a look. Once again the website was http://fantasticflowers.tripod.com/ . Tell your friends, this place is great...

I rolled the bottom and then got up on a chair and rolled the top of wall, but you can see where the two sections meet. I didn't wait for it to dry, only long enough to get up on the chair. What do i do to make it less notice \able?

Everytime I watch any home decorating or remodeling show on tv the decorators go after ceiling fans with extreme predjudice. I rarely see them replace a tacky ceiling fan with a more elegant one, despite the fact there are countless styles available. They prefer to just do away with them all together. What's up with this? Why decorators hate ceiling fans so much? What if you really need and prefer the air circulation?

Seeing as a layer of paint actually takes up space can this ever occur or is it impossible? I really want to try this in a huge room and see the finished product as just a tiny crevice through a doorway.

I am trying to achieve a victorian style living room. I have painted my crown molding in victorian red, but have no idea if the base molding should also be the same color or just plain white. Neither seem right to me.
