We are a childless couple and live in a small apartment. It's a 2 bedroom apartment with an open concept living room/dining room and a small kitchen. I study from home and my husband works from home, so we've managed to cram 2 computers in our place, and a whole bunch of my husband's other stuff. Since he started working from home, he had to empty his office and all of his office stuff came home. We've already filled up our storage locker, his office (that's the second bedroom) and there's even stuff in the living room. We don't know what to do. Ideally, we feel like we definitely need to move in a house, because once we have kids, we're going to have to. But, in the meantime, what should we do? I'm thinking maybe rent a public storage space, because I think we definitely need one.

I have a pile of pans and baking dishes that went unwashed for long enough that the vegetable oil/grease/etc. on them has oxidized into a sticky mess that doesn't respond to hot water and detergent. When I try to rub it off, it's like trying to rub off glue. Does anyone know how to get this stuff off? (Never mind why the pans and dishes went unwashed!)

I work at a professional environment where smoking is allowed if you can keep the smell away from yourself. Obviously i can't wash my clothes prior to walking in from break so does anyone have any good methods of quickly getting rid of the smell other than quitting the bad habbit? All serious answers please, and please don't lecture me. Thank you,

I recently blew up an ink by accident in the dryer and used Nail Polish Remover to get it out. However I then read that nail polish remover is high flammable so I started to wipe the dryer with water. Are dried up traces of nail polish remover so flammable? How can I make sure that nothing bad happens?

With the help of my boyfriend, I have attempted this weekend to clear out my flat. However, I find that week on week, the amount of paperwork I have, builds up non stop. What does everyone else do with bills, receipts from online purchases, banking stuff, letters from work, guarentees, mortgage payments papers and statements. I find the paperwork is swamping me and I cant believe everyone else has this much junk. Im running out of folders and shelves to store it all in.

Help!

I received a 100% lambs wool blanket as a wedding gift from a friend in Scotland and over 3 years it's gotten some spots and needs a wash. What products are recommended for wool? I know for diapers they make lanolin based shampoos and conditioners since wool is hair, or is there a similar "people" shampoo that's easier to get. I do know the No Heat, Air Dry rules for washing. I'm just trying to get an idea as to what is the very best way to care for it as I can't fly overseas to replace it and it means a lot to me. Thanks in advance for advice and suggestions.
