I recently blew up an ink by accident in the dryer and used Nail Polish Remover to get it out. However I then read that nail polish remover is high flammable so I started to wipe the dryer with water. Are dried up traces of nail polish remover so flammable? How can I make sure that nothing bad happens?

Unplug the dryer. Use polish remover to clean the ink. Leave the door open for 3- hours. Plug dryer back in. You will be OK.
