i live with 8 people and ther is only 3 of us that actually clean the house and get the bills sorted! i cant live in a pig stye even though after i clean up it get just as bad as before! i have asked for their help but for some reason they dont think that its their mess! what can i do!

Chuck them out or put some adds in the local shops asking for some new flat mates and let them know that they will be going when you find some one else

Join forces with the other two that clean and get a place of your own. It shouldn't be too much more expensive, and I imagine it will be worth it for the happier existence.
You can't change a filthy slob, so just leave them to it.

Make a list of chores (what and when they should be done) give each person tasks. Rotate tasks so the same person doesn't get the same job each week. Pitch in or get out.
Make a list of your bills, divide the amounts equally so each must pay their fair portion. Pay up or get out.
Take charge.

u shud all have a meeting and talk about it and put your cards on the table every one shud pay the bills every one shud tidy up sort it out if no look get the lazy one out of the flat for gud coz it sounds as if they r taken the piss don't let them stand up together and sort this problem out together gud luck

move out ..or just leave the mess and make them clean up themselfs..im sure it will get to a point where they cant get in a room and will have to clean up.

I would move out if I were you. They are taking advantage of you and have no respect. The household chore situation is bad enough, but not to pay their bills is totally unacceptable.

Just don't clean up. They will realise that the house is WAY too messy, and they will have to do something. It might just take time...Good luck.
