try wetting the area with cold water, pour peroxide onto the stain and let "bubble", then rinse with cold water and repeat until stain fades...wash by hand with laundry soap and rinse again...if stain is still there use peroxide again...if its set in, you may not be able to get the stain out completely

I removed blood that had been set in a satin jacket.
Fill your bathtub with about 2 inches of warm water, and add 1/2 a cup (or more if you like) of OxyClean POWDERED granules. Swish it around and make sure the powder is completely dissolved. Put you pants in, make sure they are totally soaked. Let them soak at least an hour (or more - it wont hurt them) Then, rinse the pants under warm water, and do this whole process again until the stain is GONE.
OR - - make a PASTE with the OxyClean and put directly on the stain once you have dampened the area, let set for about an hour, and rinse then repeat.
My jacket had been soaked by someones bloody nose and ALL the blood came out!!! Good Luck!!

People will suggest all types of remedies that will cost you money for product and time. Why not just take it to a professional dry cleaner. Pants usually cost about $3 or $4 to have dry cleaned. Dry cleaners have the best blood removers around and will prespot your stain for free. And you'll get the garment pressed. If they can't get it out I doubt you can. For the investment, I'd go with a pro.
