BUT ISNT THAT NASTY TO STORE YOUR POTS WITH GREASE AND WHEN I HAVE TO USE IT AGAIN I LIKE TO RINSE IT BEFORE I USE IT IS THAT MESSING UP THE SKILLET doesnt that cause bacteria storing it with oil

If you use your skillet frequently it will be fine stored that way. In fact, it is necessary if you want to prevent rust. If you don't use it often enough the oil could (but usually doesn't) go rancid if you put too much on the skillet. You do not need to rinse it or wash it before using it. Heating the skillet for use will completely sterilize it anyway.

If you dont store it with a bit of cooking oil in it, it will rust. You can try to put it into the oven and melt crisco into it and let it get nice and hot and that MAY work. Either way until it is well broekn in you are going to have to wash it before you use it again either rust or oil.

cast iron needs oil, cooking oil, to keep it from rusting. But, YES, you must wash it before each use.

Just wipe it and add fresh oil when you're ready to use it again. The heat of the stove WILL kill anything dumb enough to grow there.
