There seems to be soap in my clothes after a full cycle, and also they are not spun enough to get all the water out of the clothes. There is no filter to clean like on my older machine. What can I do?

I always place cups, bowls, and the like with the rim facing down so all the water can drain away.
The other half however always places them with the rim facing up as he says it is more hygenic.

Which do you think is correct?

I have dogs, we live on a moderately busy street and we smoke (we're trying to quit).

What type of filter should I get for the heat/ac system? I've been buying the 3 for $3 deal at walmart.

What else can I do?

Back when I had to live on $300 a month from welfare, I could not afford to dry my clothes at the laundry mat because it cost $1.50 to wash and $1.25 to dry a load and my son was a bed wetter, so I hung everything out on the clothesline.
I have forgotten how I managed to dry our sheets and clothes in cold weather.
Today, I hung my clothes out in the cold. Will they dry if its not freezing?

What can I do about this. I'm tired of it. If you not going to wear it hang it back up. I pick up after my kids, not a grown man who claims to know better.. What can I do about this?

By mixing vinegar and water and spraying it around your house or on any paticular item will eliminate any odor, the vinegar smell will go away and leave a fresh smell. Or you can put a bowl or bowls of vinegar water around your house and it will get rid of any smell.

Is this normal or is it me?

I think it is brass but I am not sure. The front has been painted copper and is in mint condition it is the back that the substance I think is mold is growing. I am sure it is a metal because it has sauter marks where the seems are.
I think it is mold because it is a white substance whch has beaded up on one side and in some places it has turned a slight green color. It is obviosly working tis way to the other side of the statue too.

I go to these people's house in Hunt Valley, MD twice a week. I stay for 6 hours at a time and I am paid $10 an hour to watch their new puppy. However, the puppy naps a lot and I end up doing other chores most of the day. I do the laundry, the dishes, the vacuuming, and other general cleaning. Once a month they ask me to clean their fancy crystal glasses by hand. Their house is huge, about 5,000 sq. feet. I like the people I work for and I love their puppy. I just don't think I am being paid appropriately for the amount of work I do. How much do you think I should be paid per hour? Any insight is appreciated. Thank you.

I have Huntington Beach "Twill" pants from hollister. I got a size 3 long because last time i bought these exact pants [in a size 1, i was smaller then.] and they shrunk up too short and i couldnt wear them at all. so this time i got a three long in case the legs shrunk up. well after a normal wash, they are a little shorter, but still long, but that isnt my concern. the waist [while VERY VERY low rise] is way too loose. when i put on a belt, the fabric fold over and it looks tacky. Is there any way i can wash my pants so that they will shrink?? i dont care about the legs shrinking more, they are very long. Hot water? cold water? hot dry? cold dry? i dont know. help please!!!

I recently broke a thermometer and I tried to vacuum it up, but the mercury wouldn't go through the vacuum. I then did a quick google search on how to handle this and found out that you are never to vacuum mercury because it vaporizes it and releases more of the toxins into the air. Should I be worried that I tried to vacuum it? Is my kitchen a huge toxic zone now? I opened windows and let the air flow for 15 minutes but I am kind of worried now.
