Our washing machine is broken...it runs fine but all the clothes are still soaked when we take them out...anybody know what is wrong with it and how to fix it?

It's a front loading washing machine

Sounds like a routine repair to me, that is, by someone who fixes laundry machines often.

In the meantime, does it help to run it for a second or third spin cycle?

You might be able to fix it yourself with instructions from a home improvement website, like lowes, or home depot, or DIY network.

Its not draining to allow it to spin your clothes best get someone in to fix it.
